The restaurant has just received the 2025 Northeast Young Talent Award, a distinction that highlights promising chefs in French gastronomy.

 

The event took place on Monday, September 15, 2025, at the Gustave Eiffel High School in Reims, under the patronage of two-Michelin-starred chef Philippe Mille.
